Clinical Skin Exam
- Full-body skin exam including scalp, genitalia
- Re-evaluation/palpabion of previous sites of skin cancer
- Palpation for regional lymphadenopathy with attention to the primary drainage basins
- Low threshold for skin biopsy/referral for dermatologic evaluation
- Post-adolescent female OTRs should have regular gynecologic examination of the anogenital region because of increased risk of anogenital cancer
- Recommend all patient perform monthly home self-skin exam
- If pediatric patient, involve parents in skin exam
